This news of Pip's passing comes as a great shock to me. She was always such a warm and open presence at the London School during my training prior to 2008 and I deeply valued that. I also attended a number of her New Year vivencias. I hadn't seen her for some years but her memory remains tangible. Pip will be deeply missed.
